Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 3 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger minced
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 tsp red chili flakes
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  • whisk together peanut butter, rice vinegar, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, ginger, sesame oil, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl.
  • Season the mixture to taste with salt and pepper (approximately 1 teaspoon salt and ½ teaspoon pepper).
  • If the dressing is too thick, thin it with water, adding 1 teaspoon at a time until desired consistency is reached.
