Thai Peanut Dressing
Whip up this delicious Thai Peanut Dressing using pantry staples. Enjoy it on salads, grilled chicken, or as a dip for appetizers.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 3 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger minced
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/4 tsp red chili flakes
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- whisk together peanut butter, rice vinegar, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, ginger, sesame oil, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl.
- Season the mixture to taste with salt and pepper (approximately 1 teaspoon salt and ½ teaspoon pepper).
- If the dressing is too thick, thin it with water, adding 1 teaspoon at a time until desired consistency is reached.
