Moroccan Shrimp style tagine
Personally, I am foolish about this delicious Moroccan recipe that is easy, quick to prepare and delicious
Ingredients
- 250 g Shrimp
- 2 Tbsp Olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1/2 cup Tomato sauce or paste
- 1 Tbsp Parcely
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Cumin
- 3 Eggs
- 10 g Cheese ( optional )
Instructions
- Heat 1 Tbsp of olive oil in a tagline or skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic and cook until tender.
- Add tomato, parsley, salt, pepper, cumin and the shrimp. simmer covered for about 5 minutes.
- Add the 3 eggs and cook until thickness.
- Dress it with cheese and 1 Tbsp of olive oil
