Personally, I am foolish about this delicious Moroccan recipe that is easy, quick to prepare and delicious

Ingredients

  • 250 g Shrimp
  • 2 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1/2 cup Tomato sauce or paste
  • 1 Tbsp Parcely
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin
  • 3 Eggs
  • 10 g Cheese ( optional )

Instructions

  • Heat 1 Tbsp of olive oil in a tagline or skillet over medium heat.
  • Add garlic and cook until tender.
  • Add tomato, parsley, salt, pepper, cumin and the shrimp. simmer covered for about 5 minutes.
  • Add the 3 eggs and cook until thickness.
  • Dress it with cheese and 1 Tbsp of olive oil
