Protein Cookies
Soft, chewy protein cookies with just 4 ingredients—no flour or sugar. Each packs over 20 grams of clean protein!
Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter or seed butter will work.
- 2/3 cup brown sugar substitute Or any granulated sweetener
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips optional
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Mix all ingredients in a small bowl.
- Shape the dough into 12 balls and place on the lined tray, flattening each into a cookie shape.
- Bake for 12-14 minutes until edges brown.
- Cool the cookies on the tray completely before serving.
