Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter or seed butter will work.
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar substitute Or any granulated sweetener
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips optional

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  • Mix all ingredients in a small bowl.
  • Shape the dough into 12 balls and place on the lined tray, flattening each into a cookie shape.
  • Bake for 12-14 minutes until edges brown.
  • Cool the cookies on the tray completely before serving.
