Spicy Kiwi Banana Smoothie
A super-healthy green and white kiwi banana smoothie, rich in vitamin C, fiber, and potassium—a delicious and nutritious way to kickstart your day!
Ingredients
- 3 kiwi
- 2 banana
- 1 cup milk, any milk is fine, try soy, almond, coconut etc
- 3/4 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 5 tbsp porridge oats
- 1 thumb ginger fresh
- 1 tsp honey (if you like it that bit sweeter)
Instructions
- Skin three kiwis: chop off top and bottom, stand and slice off edges (careful with those fingers!).
- Peel two bananas (as easy as a monkey can do it!).
- Chop or grate a fresh thumb-sized ginger.
- Throw kiwis, bananas, ginger, 1 cup milk, ¾ cup low-fat Greek yogurt, 5 tbsp porridge oats, 1 tsp honey, and 1 tsp chia seeds into a blender.
- Blend the ingredients.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy your refreshing smoothie!
