Ingredients

  • 3 kiwi
  • 2 banana
  • 1 cup milk, any milk is fine, try soy, almond, coconut etc
  • 3/4 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 5 tbsp porridge oats
  • 1 thumb ginger fresh
  • 1 tsp honey (if you like it that bit sweeter)

Instructions

  • Skin three kiwis: chop off top and bottom, stand and slice off edges (careful with those fingers!).
  • Peel two bananas (as easy as a monkey can do it!).
  • Chop or grate a fresh thumb-sized ginger.
  • Throw kiwis, bananas, ginger, 1 cup milk, ¾ cup low-fat Greek yogurt, 5 tbsp porridge oats, 1 tsp honey, and 1 tsp chia seeds into a blender.
  • Blend the ingredients.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy your refreshing smoothie!
