Ingredients

  • 500 g potatoes cut into one inch pieces
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cup shredded parmesan
  • chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Quarter the potatoes into approximately 1-inch pieces using a sharp knife.
  • In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the potatoes, olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic, salt, pepper, and Parmesan Cheese.
  • Transfer the seasoned potatoes to the basket of your air fryer.
  • Cook at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes.
  • Toss the potatoes in the basket to ensure even cooking, then continue to cook for an additional 8-10 minutes or until they are tender and crispy.
  • Once cooked to your desired level of crispiness, garnish the potatoes with chopped parsley before serving.
