Roasted Potatoes
Perfectly seasoned, crispy yet tender, these Air Fryer Potatoes are simply the Best Ever! You'll be craving them every night for dinner!
Ingredients
- 500 g potatoes cut into one inch pieces
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup shredded parmesan
- chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Quarter the potatoes into approximately 1-inch pieces using a sharp knife.
- In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the potatoes, olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic, salt, pepper, and Parmesan Cheese.
- Transfer the seasoned potatoes to the basket of your air fryer.
- Cook at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes.
- Toss the potatoes in the basket to ensure even cooking, then continue to cook for an additional 8-10 minutes or until they are tender and crispy.
- Once cooked to your desired level of crispiness, garnish the potatoes with chopped parsley before serving.
