  • 2 small knobs root turmeric peeled
  • 1 tbsp chopped mint leaves fresh
  • 1/2 tsp ginger powder
  • 10 whole pitted dates
  • 1/2 cup hemp seeds
  • 3 cups unsweetened almond milk

  • In your blender you may combine all the ingredients and then blend it smooth.
