- 1 1/2 cup soy milk or milk of choice
- 1 cup blackberries preferably frozen
- 1/2 mango diced
- 2 tbsp rolled oats
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 1 tbsp flax seeds
- 1 tsp almond butter
- 1 1/2 tsp sugar
- 2 ice cubes
Instructions
- Blend 1 ½ cups soy milk, 1 cup blackberries, ½ mango, 2 tbsp rolled oats, 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds, 1 tsp almond butter, 1 ½ tsp sugar, 1-2 ice cubes, and 1 tbsp flax seeds until smooth and creamy.
