  • 1 1/2 cup soy milk or milk of choice
  • 1 cup blackberries preferably frozen
  • 1/2 mango diced
  • 2 tbsp rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds
  • 1 tsp almond butter
  • 1 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 2 ice cubes

Instructions

  • Blend 1 ½ cups soy milk, 1 cup blackberries, ½ mango, 2 tbsp rolled oats, 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds, 1 tsp almond butter, 1 ½ tsp sugar, 1-2 ice cubes, and 1 tbsp flax seeds until smooth and creamy.
