Ingredients

  • 6 medjool dates
  • 3 tsp peanut butter
  • 15 g of dark chocolate (1 Piece)
  • 6 small pinches of flakey sea salt

  • Carefully slice each date lengthwise down the middle, stopping about halfway through, and gently pull them apart to create an opening.
  • If necessary, remove the inner pit and discard it.
  • Fill each date with a spoonful of nut butter.
  • Chop the dark chocolate with a knife and sprinkle it over the nut butter.
