Peanut Butter Stuffed Medjool Dates

Ingredients
- 6 medjool dates
- 3 tsp peanut butter
- 15 g of dark chocolate (1 Piece)
- 6 small pinches of flakey sea salt
Instructions
- Carefully slice each date lengthwise down the middle, stopping about halfway through, and gently pull them apart to create an opening.
- If necessary, remove the inner pit and discard it.
- Fill each date with a spoonful of nut butter.
- Chop the dark chocolate with a knife and sprinkle it over the nut butter.
- Finish by adding a light sprinkle of sea salt over the top. Then, enjoy!
