Ingredients

  • 1 ½ Cups Rolled Oats
  • 2 Scoops Protein Powder – Vanilla
  • 2 ½ tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 4 tsp Sweetener
  • 1 ½ tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Large Whole Egg
  • 4 Ounces Milk Substitute – or Milk
  • 1/2 Cup Cottage Cheese – Fat Free or Greek Yogurt
  • 1/4 Cup Walnuts – Chopped or whatever type nuts you prefer

Instructions

  • Grind Rolled Oats in a food processor or blender until they resemble flour.
  • Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl or the same processor.
  • Mix the dry ingredients thoroughly.
  • Add and mix in the wet ingredients.
  • Preheat the waffle maker and apply non-stick cooking spray.
  • Pour in the mixture and cook according to the waffle maker’s instructions.
