Banana Nut Protein Waffles

The perfect idea for a slow morning breakfast, high protein waffles
Cook Time 15 minutes mins
- 1 ½ Cups Rolled Oats
- 2 Scoops Protein Powder - Vanilla
- 2 ½ tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 4 tsp Sweetener
- 1 ½ tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1 Banana
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 Large Whole Egg
- 4 Ounces Milk Substitute - or Milk
- 1/2 Cup Cottage Cheese - Fat Free or Greek Yogurt
- 1/4 Cup Walnuts - Chopped or whatever type nuts you prefer
Grind Rolled Oats in a food processor or blender until they resemble flour.
Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl or the same processor.
Mix the dry ingredients thoroughly.
Add and mix in the wet ingredients.
Preheat the waffle maker and apply non-stick cooking spray.
Pour in the mixture and cook according to the waffle maker's instructions.
