Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 medium cucumber
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp fresh dill
  • 1 tsp garlic minced
  • 1 tsp white wine vinegar
  • olive oil

Instructions

  • Shred cucumber and sprinkle with salt. Let sit for 20-30 mins, then squeeze out excess liquid.
  • Mix strained cucumber with yogurt, lemon juice, dill, garlic, and white wine vinegar in a bowl.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste, then drizzle with olive oil.
