Vegan Protein Balls

Prepare these 5-ingredient vegan protein balls effortlessly, making them ideal for meal prep. Perfect for post-workout or on-the-go snacks.

- 1 1/2 cups old fashioned rolled oats
- 1 cup drippy almond butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder (50-60 grams)
- 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips
In a large bowl, combine oats, almond butter, maple syrup, protein powder, and chocolate chips.
Stir to combine. Initially, the mixture may seem thick, but keep mixing—it will come together.
Using your hands to knead the dough towards the end can help.
Once combined, use a small cookie scoop to form the dough into balls.
Store the balls in a covered container in the fridge or freezer.
