4ozpineapple chunks preferably frozen
1small sprig mint fresh
5ozlow fat Greek yogurt
1/4tspvanilla extract
1.5ozbaby spinach
1tbspflax seeds
1tbspcashews
1.5tspmaple syrup
2tbsprolled oats
1ice cubes
Instructions
Combine the following ingredients in a blender: 4 oz pineapple chunks, 1 small sprig fresh mint, 5 oz low-fat Greek yogurt, ΒΌ tsp vanilla extract, 1.5 oz baby spinach, 1 tbsp flax seeds, 1 tbsp cashews, 1.5 tsp maple syrup, 2 tbsp rolled oats, and 1 ice cube. Blend until smooth.
Blend until the mixture is fully incorporated and reaches a creamy consistency.
Ensure that there are no visible textures of solids, aiming for a smooth blend.
Taste and, if desired, add additional mint leaves for an extra burst of mint flavor.
