Whip up a sweet and creamy Banana Strawberry Mango Yogurt Smoothie in under 5 minutes. No added sugars needed – it's naturally delicious.
- 1 ripe banana peeled
- 1 cup frozen chopped, strawberries + extra to serve (optional)
- 1 cup frozen chopped, mango
- 1 cup natural Greek yogurt unsweetened
Place 1 ripe banana, 1 cup frozen chopped strawberries, and 1 cup frozen chopped mango in a high-powered blender.
Blend for 2 minutes until no solid pieces remain.
Add 1 cup natural Greek yogurt to the blender.
Mix for an additional 30 seconds until well combined.
Pour the smoothie into a tall glass.
Decorate with a few pieces of strawberries and add a paper straw.
